Probably you are new. Almost every support gem on a spirit skill adds to its cost. So the base is 16 but you have added additional supports which increase the reservation.

So many complaints about ritual tablets drop rate and sustainability and after 2 patches it is still not fixed.

Probably closer to 1.0. If you're not running on hardware that can handle the game while it's unoptimized I would just play something else for the next 18 months or so.

stupid fixes but the important tings are still missing!
1. Ritual tablets are gone and they do not drop!
2. Bosses in maps are more stronger than bosses:Breach/rituals/abys.... but their loot is not better!Only rare items
3. The loot should be the same for t15/t16 with 6 mods but its much difficult and only high-end geared players could farm normaly and even they could be oneshoted..... what about people that are more casual and they dont have thousands divines.How they should catch up ... inflation that is skyrocketing every day and items in the market are only godtier for hundred divines or mirror ?
Give us back 0.3.0 now and work a litle more over 0.3.1 then when you are rdy and all is fine put it
Not to mention what a good feelings i have when i have delirium + abys + breach ..... with a good and new computer its just freeze and i am dead.
