Unrewarding and boring :<

This league I really gave it a shot.
So far I lvled up a bunch of 90+ chars and it was fun till the towers removal patch. Like srsly, what you guys did?
I want towers back but that's another story, just removing a level of depth from the game feels wrong.

So anyway, I was grinding 80+ maps nonstop for a few days with my spark bloodmage, yeah yeah meta blah blah blah, it does the job okay? I wasn't exactly lucky with the drops so far, better say I had ZERO good drops. I managed to gather up around 100 divs only by crafting and selling what I crafted, so I could afford some decent gear, although it was not enough and my Mf is around 180% still, though dmg is good ofc, oneshots everything so it's just running around touching things. I juice my maps, got the correct atlas tree, have maps with 300-400% rarity, other times I boost quantity or balance them between, still no matter what I do I don't see results. I mean, even at the start of the league, with worse gear, worse mf, on a summoner, then on a deadeye, I saw at least a bunch of divines drop here and there from time to time. Now only time I see divines is inside the ritual tabs, even maps with 400% rarity drop annuls max, like wtf? Do I need to start streaming on Twitch to get my numbers crunched up so I can be like that guy that drops a div per rare pack and like "oh but you can do the same". /clownmeme
What I mean to say is that hours upon hours of nothing good feels bad. Map after map after map after map after... oh another buch of ex and 1 annul? cool, next map. I did all bosses, I grinded T4 Xesht cuz it's quite easy and the only decent thing he drops these days is his amulet I guess, but w/e. I had high hopes for this league, turned out it's same as be4. Outside of T4 Xesht I haven't seen a single good/chase unique drop anywhere. Oh, one spirit grand spectrum from the trials that I also tried to grind for a bit. ONE.
So it all feels kinda pointless, 99.99% grind 0.01% reward? I have other places to be

Not enough for f'ing what?

I swear to Christ sometimes I don't know what game you guys are playing. I have literally zero% rarity and the only content I have left this League are the Arbiter difficulties beyond T1.

My kit is like at most ~20 divs and I'm playing a jank-ass Tactician build I just came up with on the fly. Like please tell me what you're trying to achieve that "around 100 divs" fell short of helping you accomplish?

Well this explains a lot of your comments in other threads.

Not everyone enjoys things the same way my dude. It's great that you enjoy running a jank-ass 20 div build. That doesn't make you better or smarter than anyone.

Right now I'm working on crafting my perfect bow. It's not meta. I want the stats to be very specific. Why? Because it's fun for me. I really enjoy having long term crafting project that I build up over time.

To accomplish this craft I'm going to need more than 100 divs. There are 3 specific points of the craft that rely on some brutal RNG and that's where most of the cost comes from.

Does that answer your question? Do you need more examples?

+1 I agree, a 20 div build seems to be enough for him, but he doesn't seem to realize that it won't be enough for others. He seems to have forgotten that only Head Hunter in the mid-league is worth 50-60 div. xD He seems to be unaware of Mirror Tier builds and Mirror tier crafts. I don't think he takes into account that some items only cost 20-30 div to craft.

That's not supported by the current state of the game. Maybe by the end of 0.4 it will be, but I'm not sure. The focus has been on creating content in the campaign, and the 0.4 focus is on creating content in the early and mid endgame. They aren't focusing on late stage metacrafting any more than they are on HCSSF.
SSF Rise of the Abyssal Ice Strike Invoker, high survivability and fast clear speed. Deprioritize armor and resistances; prioritize crafting a weapon and faster start of ES recharge. Build is shown at level 47, end of Act 3. It tore through Act 3 like butter.

Try a new juicing method:

Tablets:

Focus on Rarity or Rare Monsters modifiers

Maps should have 2 additional modifiers

Each tablet costs around 8–10 divines.

Plus:
Use Waystones with Rare/Rarity bonuses — try to balance them to around 120% each.

It’s about a 30-divine investment for 10 maps, but it’s worth it on Cleansed or Abyss maps.

For Pathing maps, you can use any tablet.

This method is more time-consuming, boring and expensive than the old tower juicing, but it also delivers excellent results.
I genuinely like 0.3.1 more than previous ones.
Bossing is amazing now.
No more minimap gameplay, which hurts eyes.
No more ultra juicers ruining market.
Also, no more flying throu atlas in search of towers setup, which makes each map more significant and no more stressing about juiced area.
I can just play map by map and focus on Citadels when found.

Previously, even a blind or lame person could find a tower, buff their maps, and farm on a T1-6 Mod map. So, if 0.4 comes out like this, where will the Mid Game Player find the 8-10 divine orbs needed to establish this system? I think this creates a bit of a paradox...

Sure it is. I already landed my fracture so all that's left is a round of chaos spam and desecration spam. Everything else I can either get deterministically or through safe annuls/whittles.

You misunderstand. You can do it, but it's "unrewarding and boring" right now.
