Feels like a joke after last update

I seem to be getting knocked off my Rhoa at least once, mostly twice each map now. I was never getting knocked off before the patch. Did they change how the stagger on the mounts works?
Haven't noticed anything different and I play Hardcore... sounds like you kinda just suck.
i also have not noticed anything regarding my evasion/deflection/dying (no deaths since the batch and rarely ever before (98,28% right now))

only thing that changed is my attitude towards certain bosses and map mods

i think twice before opening a map

before i used my hardest waystone for the easiest non-boss maps, like Ravine and Sandpit

now i throw them away (5ex tab on my shop) :)

Perhaps a note for guys who have the same issue of the strange graphic bugs and crashes:

Crashes/blanks solved. Using Nvidia drivers 580.xx instead of the latest 581.xx brings the usual warning from GGG that the drivers are outdated but since then I have no issues anymore with freezes or strange graphic patterns all over both screens or sporadic blankings of the screen. I simple cancel the warning from POE2 and stay with the older drivers.

It can be a combination of the use of dual screen (4k playfield, 1k browser/trading) which makes trouble on a couple of games, but at least with a 3090Ti and 580.xx it is now graphically more stable.

Inbalance: the issue with the inbalance is connected to warping "striders" or better the "named striders" which beam and warp to your place (at least that happend to me) especially on the Abyss maps with waystone 1 (didn't tried higher level in 0.3.1). If 3-4 at once seem to jump you then you will have a really interesting time to stay alive - in my case of the Chayula Monk - he run through everything like a breeze (inkl. all bosses) but these "strider mobs" made his day.

I am speedrunning atm a witchhunter through the Acts and Interlude - I see how that one performs.

Test with Witchhunter after a short speedrun through the Act 1-4 and the whole Interlude and first introduction Waystone L1. Tested at L68 Waystone L1 with the Abyss including the Abyssal Part. Galvanic Witchhunter had nothing special, nearly everything selfmade, fast, no big trading of items, mostly desecrated selfmade items "on-the-fly". Because of distance fighting, juiced with only one tablet (1x "irradiated" - instead 3 like with the Chayula Monk above) was possible to do but not easy - not close comparable to the levels before. This Speedrun-Witchhunter was good enough to run through the whole storyline without any problems on any boss or Abyss/deep Abyss. Starting with the endgame and the first waystone he could make the "top Abyss area" with careful long distance fighting. In the "bottom Abyss area" he died and got kicked out of the "cellar" due to the usual strider-named-mobs which are jumping/warping around and once in close combat, they ransacked the Witchhunter. That does not mean that it is impossible to do. That only means that the balance between the Tutorial Abyss and the first Waystone L1 is - like I said - out of whack. Intended?

I expected a much smoother difficulty increase while coming out of the baby zone at L65-72. In the case of the extremely pimped Chayula the zone was completely full of mobs juiced with 3 tablets - so the Witchhunter would have had the same fate. Mob density is fun with a nice masskill function but if the strider-mobs esp. the named/rare are jumping in small groups then without a more ubah toon from the start that is not very funny. The abyss cellar kicked the Witchhunter after 1 (!) death out and it was not repeatable, only the "top zone" was repeatable (easiest waystone with 6 revives). He should have at least the chance for a revenge like used with the 6 revives with an easy tablet.

A note to the Witchhunter: he was good enough to partly one-shot most rares and beam down most bosses in a second. But these strider mobs are so hard/armored that the Witchhunter needed a couple of retries and partly needed to go into close combat (because some had this smokey protection which protects from long distance fighting). Needless to say that the crossbow is not very helpful as a "freshman" in close combat and the Witchhunter was in big trouble.

Perhaps that clarifies the issue a bit better than my first reaction with the rant after many hours and the slam in da face with the first waystone after a long night, and it seems the thread starter had the same issue but on higher levels...

I hope that clarifies a bit better the issue.
