👍 Is Energy Shield recharge usable ? ESr interaction with DoT

A lot of words, but just one simple question:
Does Energy Shield recharge actually fulfill its role as a defensive layer, and is it even usable at all ?

Yes it does and yes it is.

Just because you want it to work at all times, does not mean it should. I've shown you it working on builds in the thread, which you seem to have ignored.

Maybe you can explain why it is a good idea to buff all OP ES builds so you can have it work the way you want it to? Showing a clip of a niche mechanic in a mode where you don't have a movement skill on a build that doesn't fully rely on recharge shows it working as intended.

If your build is unable to get the recharge time low enough where your mechanical skills or defensive layers can get the recharge going, you have other options. Leech, regen, on kill, on hit and many more. The base recharge mechanic is not intended to work while taking frequent damage.
