What? This game runs better than poe1 for me. It never hard crashes and everything loads fast. It's the most playable game I have installed atm.
Either you only have playtests on your account or you are exaggerating. Could also be that you are not yet in endgame, but stating that this game is more or the most payable in your whole library is either a poverty certificate or pure ragebait.
There are problems especially for people playing on console and some for PCs also, we also shouldn't forget about all the n o - b r a i n Diablo people which scream bug even if they just switched the function on their system at any way and blame anyone else for it.
But your claim is as unrealistic as those Diablo boys screaming.

Speak for yourself mate. Stop assuming your opinion is shared by most people, cause its not.
Hell, forum posters are the very small minority of players. Thats well known, so even assuming looking at forum posts will give you a nice idea what the avg player thinks: it doesnt, not even in the slightest.
0.3 is great imo and a step the right direction. 0 issues with stability as well
i didnt think you were trolling... until you said you have had 0 issues with stability.
.2 wasnt exactly a stable ship floating in the sea directly to its port. it made a few stops that wern't... on the list. and definately had some troubled waters. but i overall lasted 2 months or so into the league. there was never a time in .2 that the main reason i wanted to quit, was performance and stability.
.3 the ship sinks consistantly. is always going to the wrong port when it doesnt. and is sailing through a storm or two. and i already uninstalled .3 before a month due to this. the main reason i left, was performance, and stability, which wasnt the case in .2 or .1.
the 15-20 people i play with regularly... every single one (inlcuding myself) disconnects. freeze's. gets stuck in 'gears' screen all the time. disconnects jumping into depths. and just overall have a ton of issues when it comes to performance, and stability. we all see it. constantly in our parties. both public and private. and it happens solo as well.

before i quit this leauge, there were multiple nights i got sick of die'n from it all, or dc'n, or freeze'n, or being stuck in gears... and just alt+f4'd until the next day or 2.. and i wasn't the only one of just my tight knit group's who would do this. which btw, are combined, in multiple regions of the world. i have 2 aussies, a couple handful of americans, 10 or so scattered people from eu, 2 russians, and 2-3 from who knows where. every single one, has hourly, sometimes per minute, problems in some way shape or form, regarding the performance, and stability of poe2.
Many people just have no problems,... like me. Playing on a 2 years old laptop, I bought for 850$ on a sale. While Stability is none of the issues I had so far. Maybe 2 DCs in the whole time. But nothing fancy in forms of lags or anything. If there are ever server lags I just swap to a american server, while I am in EU and it is mostly fine again.
So why would we care if you crybabies, think we troll if you are a minority and are unable to setup your computer or fuck your system up.
Performance and stability was an issue for some in 0.1 and 0.2, too, as much as yourself for this leauge.

Maybe try to watch entire video and pay attention. Ziz says it pretty clearly, that is INVITE-ONLY event and that it's a proof of concept, something completely new. (The reason for this is the core rule of the event - you can res only if your team mates revive you. To ensure that noone is cheating the tream will have to stream their game play and organizers pay a bunch of people to watch all the streams. This cannot be done in a massive scope without big investment.)
Okay, why not make it something what everyone can at least try? Typical behaviour, as i said earlier.
