Quiting the game
" It's actually funny you say that. Getting a +5 skills base and then just trying to fracture the +5 / repeat process until it hits... Would have been so much cheaper. But alas I don't really care that much. It's not like it physically hurt me to lose those divs. I made the most divs this league with crafting subpar items and just getting lucky with drops, I was able to pivot to a chaos build today and now I'm running off-meta builds that cost a fraction of something like a life stacking blood mage Probably have made around 400 divs this season just by playing the game and doing some random ass abyss crafting. Just don't try to build fubguns load outs and you can actually afford extremely good items that allow you to yolo T16 juiced content no problem Last edited by staytuned2k#6008 on Sep 28, 2025, 2:26:11 AM

" And this is probably another reason why GGG will never 100 % remove player to player trading, unless forced to by regulatory bodies in EU or US. Without some way for certain large streamers to be given items they would probablu play poe 1 &2 a lot less. |

i guess you started making full T1 item which is always expensive
d:-D*

" O yeah anytime a stream makes a builds those items are stupid expensive for no reason. like you can't really do it with wands but say if you swapped a couple mods between a bow and quiver the price on them just drops drastically cause it's not the same mods on each item as in the guide. |

" I guess I didn't explain myself properly. Apologies for that. I've exchanged the 32 divines for Orb of Chaos, and I couldn't hit the lightning. I was following the guide of Fubgun :) I see now why people are acting like that LOL :D Anyway, I believe in total I used 900-1000 orb of chaos | |
" But the problem for us, new players in the game, we look on YouTube for guides because the game on its own is extremely difficult, so we are looking for guides on how to do everything, even level up, skills, and everything, so you find someone who you like and you blindly follow what they do, it's my very 1st league in poe2 and i had 2 weeks of play in poe1 thats all my experience with the game. Deny as much as you want, but if you want good drops, you need juiced maps/towers, but to run them, you need items. I personally didn't get anything dropped (the most expensive 1 rune for 12D), so I had to farm every single Divine orb. At first, I was enjoying the game a lot, but at some point, if you do not make any progress, you feel like you're going to work and not getting paid, so you eventually quit Last edited by Nem0#6115 on Sep 28, 2025, 6:44:11 PM

You can go to craft of exile to emulate the craft so you can have better caution of mistakes and expectation of the roll.

" ive been playing since the day poe2 released (never played poe1) and this is the first league i've managed to scrape together a not dogshit build. it just takes time to learn. if it feels like work, don't play. |

" You do realize that most of the "large" streamers play SSF in PoE 1 right? and really the only reason most of them aren't playing in SSF in PoE 2 this league is because of asynchronous trade and wanting to test it out as it's something we never thought would come. Next league a majority of the big streamers will probably be back on SSF. aRPG's are based around loot, trading is part of it. It has been since Diablo 1. Thinking GGG is leaving player 2 player trading in the game is due to streamers is hilarious. If GGG wants streamers to play on a league launch they'd just sponsor them, most of the large PoE streamers play only 2-3 weeks after a league launches anyway. " Honestly, this is the best advice. I've played PoE1 since closed beta, and I also had the same experience. I struggled with the first couple of leagues in PoE2, but I think I'm getting the hang of it, now. It just takes patience and learning. Also, it's a game. If you're not enjoying it, then you owe it to yourself to find something you do enjoy, right? |
