I cant afford to play in Trade

no amount of gear is going to stop you from dying if you insist on standing in the fire.

anyway you can get to T15 with modest gear. Get cheap upgrades first. Sell bases and stuff to make a little cash. Vaal orbs are 1ex now.

Once you get to T15 start juicing up rarity and stuff and you'll see a divine or two drop, you might see a perfect exalt (3 div), you might see omen of light (2-3 div). then you're gaming.

There's huge price gap between "perfect" and "great" items. For example you can buy a perfect crossbow with 500-1000 dmg and +7 to all attack skills for 1 mirror or anorher one with 300-800 dmg and +6 to all projectile skills for 50 div. Yesterday I bought one for my lvl 60 mercenary for 10 ex which tripled my dps. Use market filters and look in a price range you can afford.

You need to spend some time learning how to use the trade site tools to buy your gear effectively.

You definitely have more than enough currency to get what you need.

Here’s a short example of how you can do it:

Step-by-step search strategy

1-Use the Count filter to pick resistances (Fire, Cold, Lightning).

Set the minimum count to 1 or 2 depending on what you need.

2-Add another Count filter or use the regular stat filters for prefixes you want.

3-Run the search.

If you can’t find what you need, or the prices are too high:

4-Drop one resistance from the Count filter (set it back to 1).

5-Add the filter Empty Suffixes to your search.

6-Search again — now you’ll find plenty of items at cheaper prices (often ~10 Exalts).

7-Buy one of these items and use Exalted Orbs to craft the missing suffix.

You might hit the exact resistance you need, or you can try other crafting methods.




There are other ways to do this, too. Just go and explore.

Can't tell if OP is pure troll or just trying to copy a 200 div streamer build and not understanding the incremental steps it takes an average player to work through to get to that stage. Struggling at T8s is not a lack of divs issue at all.

I've never been wealthier or had more fun than this league. I've bought very little of the gear I'm wearing(as opposed to 95% previously) and it feels great. I'm ok buying crafting currencies and making good gear. That feels good. I've read what other builds are popular and sold pieces that match their criteria. This is mostly things like normal or magic items. Sometimes rares that have an attribute used in crafting via recombinator.

This league has required me to learn more about the game and other builds I'm not normally interested in. And I've been rewarded for doing so.

Divs are now at 1:815ex

Inflation is fine. It will be over 1:1k in 2 days.

I am priced out. I cant find the resistances I need to run T8's because the gear all cost 5+ Div and they arent even end game equipment.

I am glad crafting is so good this league but I think a small minority of the player base actually know what they are doing and have taken over the market.

Honestly I want to know where the first guy found the 200 div in the first place.

Please post screenshots of the items you want to buy so that the players can advise you whether your expectations regarding the items are realistic and reasonable.

I thought they introduced low tier currencies to make trade expirience better.
Like in acts we are supposed to drop regular and later greater orbs which are not relevant in endgame and you could safely use youeself it while in acts, without 1ex per perfect act items in trade "cheat".
Then once you are in maps you will get only greater and then only perfect orbs from the ground instead regualr ones, so basically all trade will be based on perfect orbs.
But looks like i didnt underatand correctly or something went wrong and regular-ex/div still the main currency.

Anyway trade is bad for game expirience imo, ruins so much of atmospere and rpg and gameplay is only going to div/hours matter.
