Stolen Account

Hi i got my account hacked and lost evrything..
yesterday i loggd in and my character was nacked, all the currency gone and equip..
the hacker changed my email and password on the account, i recovered my email address and secured it.
GGG answered me that for security they locked my account access to help deny other access from hackers while i recover my account.. but now that the account is locked i cannot in any way recover it..
i created this account only to have the chance to write here on the forum with another email that i use.
i sended 3 or 4 emails but still no answer..

my original account name is "krnt1992#2375"

i suggest admin can change the account email to mine, the one i sended emails, and set it up with a password that they want and then i will change it.. or something else but faster pls..

same here, the support of this game is the worst i see in my life,
i got stolen two time, and all they could do is lock my account in a stupid reason, and the worst is that i put 285€ in microstransaction

yeah this is crazy stuff.. i want to say that i supported a lot more with that locked account, and now that is time to support me, i have to wait days.. in that account i got like 10 supporter pack's..
the funny part is that they told me i had to put the "2 factor authentication", and i had it on.. i had the steam connection with authenticator but still got hacked.

can i have your discord to talk about that ?

your problem progression with this unfair hacked locked account seems to be the same as me

I’m sorry for you, partner, but you’re going to miss the rest of the league and, on top of that, you’ll get frustrated by GGG’s lack of efficiency. They won’t reply to your emails, except for maybe one every 5 or 6 days, in which they’ll ask you again for something they had already requested in another message. That, once again, will make another 5 or 6 days go by before you receive a reply to your reply, and so on indefinitely, from the looks of it.

It doesn’t matter if you provide so much information that it shouldn’t even require an answer—because they won’t reply. And if they do, it’s only to waste more of your time and keep you indefinitely waiting for something that never arrives.

It’s a shame that after so long supporting the game, the product ends up being defective and doesn’t meet the minimum requirements to be considered serious.

The same thing happened to me: I recharged, played, and that very same day I no longer had access to my account. That was over a week ago. I asked for help, they blocked it, and to this day I still don’t understand what else is needed for them to restore my email to the account and give it back to me.

If you’re really willing to put up with this, forget the account you’ve lost and buy or create another one. If, on the other hand, you enjoy being kept waiting and wasting time checking for an email that never arrives, just keep sending them messages.
