Zero Feeling Of Accomplishment

206 hours in this game since this league started and still i feel i have not accomplished anything except for a long campaign play through, Im starting to feel like people are getting Divines by RMTing. i still have yet to find a decent amount of divines to be able to upgrade a single peice my Gear / Gems / Jewels to the full end game play and have fun mode because of how excessively expensive items are.

so tell me if im doing the same exact thing as many other gamers / streamers that are finding raw divines where am i going wrong? im confused as all get out. ive done triple towers with quant/rarity and still only getting low end currency that holds zero value. even the abyss items im finding are the low end value items that takes hundreds to equal a single divine witch i havent even been able to do that.

at most on a entire day of grinding, im lucky if i end with a single divine worth of exalted orbs / chaos orbs worth

Mistake number 1: don’t compare yourself to streamers. You will only disappoint yourself.

im not comparing my self to anyone. all im saying is im doing the same exact things others are doing with zero of the same outcome.

its not just streamers. i have guild mates that have made hundreds of divines. and i try to do the same setups as them and still zero of the same outcome.

The only thing you're doing wrong is not being lucky.

even with zero luck at some point a divine or something worth value would have already dropped with 206 HOURS of game play.

Some ideas to tip rng in your favor:

Praise RNGesus. Praise Him everyday.

Dedicate yourself to His cause.

Vaal everything. Do not hesitate, He will protect you.

Carry dice with you everywhere irl and roll them to determine your life choices.

Spend all of your worldly wealth on lotto tickets.

Wear a silly hat while you play.

Sacrifice a goat.

Love the jokes. just like finding currency in this game is a good joke. really think everyone is RMTing divines at this point.

:( I was serious. I've been through like ten goats now and want to see if it works for someone else.

Anyways, no, it's unreasonable to think the entire playerbase besides yourself are cheating.

Are you sure you're juicing as others this league?

Not there yet this league myself, but I got plenty of raw div/div equivalent in 0.1 (skipped 0.2) just running t15/16 with my atlas and towers specc'd for +pack size, +magic monsters, +rare monsters, extra corruption, and +waystone modifier effect.

Then again, raw currency is nothing compared to understanding the crafting meta for the league you're in, so it's kinda irrelevant.

cant craft items if you dont have the currency to buy and or cant find the best crafting OMENS to be able to make the items thats going to sell.

and yes im putting the good layers of delirium on my way stones, using chaotic rarity omens when i can afford one, and im using triple tower setups when i can find them on the massive map.

but to think someone would need 400%+ rarity to find a divine is just insane, on top of that if you dont got the gear to handle the OVER TUNED GAME your just going to die over and over.

Have you considered the possibility that maybe the problem is you're pushing T15s and 16s before you're ready?

I haven't done much past T12 and although I've only had 2 natural Divine drops I've bought ~5 more on the currency exchange from ~6 Omens of Abyssal Echoes, 3 Omens of Light, an Ancient Collarbone, etc.

I don't bother much with "juicing" and don't worry about optimizing towers and haven't instilled any emotions into my maps and I sure as hell haven't dumped any Omens of anything into my Waystones. I dunno but if you're dying "over and over" maybe that's actually the problem?
