Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

I can safely say it's still not fixed, I experienced the bug and found this thread because of it. Glad to know I'm not the only one.

Same problem here. No hammer in my second char...

I also have this bug. One this to note is the very first time I attempted this boss I was in co-op and died right before the boss died and was rez'd after partner had picked up hammer. I've tried on multiple severs, reset instance, etc. I bet lots of people with this bug died during the attempt.

It definitely has something to do with the 'c' update. I ran an alt through one day, all worked fine. Then two days later, after the 'c' patch the Hammer stopped dropping.

Still experiencing this issue in 0.3. Ran it 2x so far (monk) end no hammer drops to pickup. First character (ranger) had no issues.

Same, leveling an alt and this quest is still broken

How is it possible that this is not fixed after 8 days? It stops ppl from progressing

The problem is still happening, just killed the boss twice and the hammer won't drop.
