Same problem here. Killer boss twice, no hammer of Kamasa drops.

Instanz mind. 10mal gemacht keinen Hammer zu sehen . auch mit der strg+ Funktion nicht mach bar neue Instanz erstellt , geht auch nicht . |

Having the same problem. This is my second character I didn't have this problem on my first. First character playthrough was last week. Is this everyone else's first playthrough?

It might be the case that you had a previous character and already unlocked the reforging bench ? (I think that is the reward for that quest) ?!

Yes, the reforging bench was unlocked with this character without having to do the quest.
