Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

(Leading up to the original kill of this guy with my wife, when we "zoned in" to the area by clicking "Arena", we spawned on top of each other and couldn't move until we both dodge rolled, I don't know if this is related or not to the issue.)

If you already got the hammer with a previous character in the same league, then you can ignore the quest - it is not needed to progress.

If you already got the hammer with a previous character in the same league, then you can ignore the quest - it is not needed to progress.

I don't care if it is not needed. I receive a quest to kill a boss, I killed the boss, just as the quest told me to do so, I want my reward. Period.
I was able to do with a previous character, and if it is bugged when doing with a second character, then disable ir from the game altogether. This is ridiculous.
