Fix the damn atalui's bloodletting support, it doesnt work with a variaty of skills. The gem is hella expensive and refuse to work properly

Awsome patch! Will "Merit of Service Pelage Targe" come back with a vengeance this league? Isnt there like an "off/on" switch to activate the drop? And if I may, the loot from whisps..... <3

Font of Blood nerfed, nice work fucking over an archtype that wasn't very good and hardly anyone was playing. Might quit I guess.
