Please add acts 5-6 and classes - not endgame
I’ve found the endgame to be quite good now with the addition of abyss, crazy expensive drops to chase and the multiple bosses you can farm on the map. I actually have grown to enjoy towers too, the added unique waystones are great.
What I would really love is to have all acts in the game and more classes so that the base types, skills, etc are there before more is done to the endgame. I know that many people parrot the same “endgame is bad” but honestly, I think a lot of players struggle with change and expect the same poe1 mapping system, and also just enjoy rage-baiting or hating. I know a lot of people are going to rush to reject this idea but with the addition of act 4, the game for some reason just feels a whole lot better. I’ve had a great time so far with about 4 days play time since release and always itching to log back in. So thank you and well done for making the endgame a lot more enjoyable IMO. I understand your point but I would argue that more endgame content is actually what's missing in the game IMO. I don't think it has any value to add more classes and skills if we're stuck into the same boring breach-ritual-delirium loop again and again.

Hmm, I can’t see myself getting bored that easily. I log in, I run the same maps over and over, I gather loot, I trade. It’s what I’ve been doing for like 8 years in poe1 lol.
Then I can also run trials of Sekhema, as well as chaos trials. And if im not feeling that, I just run boss maps, breachstones, simulacrums or expedition logbooks. All in all there is plenty to do in endgame from my point of view. Isn’t that actually so much? Obviously not compared to poe1, but that shouldn’t be the standard for a new game. It hasn’t even been out for a year. Last edited by HowToGusta#6151 on Sep 11, 2025, 4:39:53 AM

Endgame is actually way better and playable than 0.1 & 0.2 (because of new maps and easier access to T1 pinacles), but still, the atlas placeholder is getting old and it's not engaging at all for many players. I don't specially want poe1 system but at least some handcrafted stuff to get some real direction in the atlas and better rng generation.
And maybe we will get some new stuff like the druid. (i wait more new weapons than new classes atm) |

I don’t feel like this mapping system is much of a placeholder anymore. It needs improvement, just like most things in the game, but it’s far from a placeholder. A placeholder mapping system would be something like poe1 atlas.
What our endgame needs is a better atlas skill tree and a solid way to progress. I think that’s the current placeholder. Not the actual atlas and towers. But, saying this, I’m open for a complete overhaul too. Last edited by HowToGusta#6151 on Sep 11, 2025, 4:45:06 AM

I'm not saying that the endgame is bad, I love it, I just think that we need more different things to do.
One good example from POE1 is Delve, god I'd love something similar, totally unplugged from Atlas, with its own mechanics, bosses, loots etc... As of now all we have is 4 endgame mechanics (breach ritual delirium expeditions) and a bunch of shitty encounters like wisps and rogue exiles. |

Well, major issue is citadels. Something like tracking their location through atlas quest instead of going in a straight line would be nice. More bosses. Less "empty" nods. And when i ask some handcrafted stuff, it's for avoid the feeling of an infinite generic world with no life in it.
Some places with pnj that sell stuff, some point of interest that aren't rng based to create a feeling of "regions & frontier", things that gives a feeling of progression and adventure. Atlas need diversity, now it's just "every nods is fighthing" / juicing tower / seeking citadels in straight line. Last edited by MykroPsykoz#6286 on Sep 11, 2025, 4:55:10 AM

Hoo there wanderer... |

Would be nice to see some more random encounters so that mapping is less predictable, so more stuff like rogue exiles, spirit wisps, etc.

Yeah, I understand what you guys mean about it feeling slightly empty because of its infiniteness. I suppose the gap has been filled for me with the addition of other things to find on the atlas.
Though yes, pathing to things can feel tedious at times. |
