[Build of the Week][0.3] Grape Soda Powerwasher - Acolyte of Chayula Incinerate/Living Bomb

Fail build that can't carry 6man and can't clear.

So I noticed there was someone who asked about incinerate fuel economy, but there was no real answer. I am lvl 58 now, autocast is up, but fuel runs out very quickly, then I have to cast despair 8-9 times because its my highest cost and fastest casting spell to top up my fuel and proceed to cast it for 11 seconds at most, then its back to spamming despair. Am I missing something? Build looks and works great apart from the extreme tedium of getting my fuel back every 10 seconds and having a 50% dmg uptime at best.
