Headhunter Shroud Walker buff needs an adjustment

Teleporting at random is just bad game design. If the only way to overcome it is 500div gear that blasts anything in a radius, it's not fun. Getting teleported into the singular space between 60 enemies just to get stunned is awful. If the intended downside for the unique is "well, that was objectively stupid and not my fault", it's poorly designed. Just make a natural, measurable downside. "tee hee wasted your tablets" isn't interesting. Anyone saying otherwise is the kind of moron so averse to change they'd rather see a game fail and be stubborn about it than have it succeed. Little things like this push people away, if the crashes didn't do that already. Down to 26k already and it's only going to get worse if the little things aren't getting proper adjustments.

The teleport is the main reason I use this belt. If it was removed then I'd switch to something else because the main function (for me) would be gone.
