Need HELP regarding LIVE SEARCH RETRY LIMIT EXCEEDED

Hi, please help how to fix this LIVE SEARCH RETRY LIMIT EXCEEDED. been hours can't do live search on trade website?

This isn't the issue.

Live search not connecting and does not initiate the live search.

This is not a rate limiting issue as there is no timer notification.

This just started yesterday.

It is happening on poe 1 and poe 2 trades.

Manually hitting "Search" works fine.

Can you confirm if you've implemented changes to the number of searches that can be done per day? People are claiming this is the issue in other threads.

If not, there is clearly an issue here as there is dozens of people experiencing the same issue since last night. I don't recall ever seeing a thread previous to this on any social media platform talking about being unable to live search for an extended period of time.

I've done tons of live searching in poe 1 constantly changing things all day (well exceeding my current searches in poe2) and I have never been locked out of searching for an extended period of time. It'll be almost 24 hours soon since I could live search.

Happening to me as well, I had 3 searches up and running, but not activating/deactivating them again and again, not sure why the limit was hit.

That aside, considering all of a sudden many are encountering the issue today, it seems certain something new was introduced or something existing broke.

Would appreciate it if it can get looked into it, thanks.

Can you give us guidance on roughly how many live searches tabs we should stay under to avoid being banned?

Does it matter how frequent the search returns results - i.e. youre buying a consumble like a waystone and there are a results? If you set a single live search for an item that returns one result per second, would the server mark this as high request count and potentially ban you just for this?

Trading is an essential part of the game made even more crucial this league and to get banned without any information on guidlines for use is a terrible feeling.
