[QoL Suggestion] Fix affix sorting so alt or non-alt list is the same

Current Design:

From the depths of a reality called the obviousness, it is a huge and massive yes, yess and yessss !
PoE2 launch date was on December 6th, 2024 : it is not a +1 but a +369 (yes) for each day spent with the display discrepency Hey GGG, D-Day one year, such things should have dispear and unfortunately it is always a purpose. I thought it was just items with desecrated mods, as I hadn't noticed it until 0.3. Evidently, not the case. Very annoying and I hope they address it eventually.

This has been annoying for a while.
There's nothing worse than playing this game, tired, your eyes barely following what's going on but you're determined to craft an item, you see the rolls, you forget to press alt (or you do but you forget if it was an prefix or suffix that you wanted to take off) you grab your omen, your essences, you prepare. You turn everything you need for the craft on, you use your essence and then....Poof... You take away the wrong stat... Yay. It should auto sort Prefix and Suffix on it's own, never show 5 mods or 6 mods mixed up until you hold ALT to check what rolled where |
