[QoL Suggestion] Fix affix sorting so alt or non-alt list is the same

That would be great, always tought it was weird. It's confusing me often.

From the depths of a reality called the obviousness, it is a huge and massive yes, yess and yessss !

PoE2 launch date was on December 6th, 2024 : it is not a +1 but a +369 (yes) for each day spent with the display discrepency

Hey GGG, D-Day one year, such things should have dispear and unfortunately it is always a purpose. Could you please fix it?

This is so distracting i hate it

I thought it was just items with desecrated mods, as I hadn't noticed it until 0.3. Evidently, not the case. Very annoying and I hope they address it eventually.
