developers, just post new trade rules, don't make us suffer

It is not a crime for us to pay money and track live items like everyone else here. How can we be blocked? We are not bots.

" This is my frustration as well. Can we at least know what we did, or can there be some formal guidelines of what isn't allowed? All I did was track some searches live. It's something GGG have built themselves for us to use. I've sent in a ticket and all I have received are generic responses from the team. "in this case, you'll have to wait. please don't sent any further requests during this time." Not answering any of my question of "ok, but what can I do to avoid this in the future, as I have no idea why I'm banned." |

when i try to live search i get the "an error occurred, restarting in 10 seconds". this has only happened today, maybe its due to me having 15 live searches up at the same time. but i dont remember having this issue before the introduction of new trade system.
