Missing Ritual Altars on Map overrun by Abyss

I just completed a map that had delirium, ritual and the overrun by abyss modifier, and the ritual altars didn't spawn. Made sure to run through every corner of the map and yeah, no altars had spawned.
Don't know if it's related to the overrun by abyss tho.

I have just encountered the same thing, delirious map with overrun, no altars spawned.

Same. 2 maps now. Both overrun and missing Ritual.

Same here. Mineshaft map had Overrun by the abyss, delirium, and ritual, and no altars spawned. 0 monsters left and ritual icon sans checkmark, lol

Sulphuric Caverns

Soon as there is abyss and ritual modifiers, abyss prevents rituals from spawning. Cleared whole map and that's it !

same here, happened with delirium mirrors aswell, seems to sometimes happen when there are more than two challenge types on a map
