Massive lags and FPS drops. POE 2

At the beginning of the league, everything was fine.
Then I tried to play with mortars and my computer almost burned out.
I had to change the class.
Now the game lags in certain locations (with fire) when using fire skills, when breaking the abyss and in some other cases.
Previously, this was rare, but now 3 out of 5 maps are lags, FPS drops and slide shows.
Please stop making this game something incomprehensible.
It is overloaded with effects, it loads the computer and it is disgusting to play with constant lags.
Players do not need your beauty and stone textures in 32K, players want a stable, smooth process, where you can see the map, skills, enemies and monster attacks.
+ loading locations has become very long, although the game is on an SSD.

I'm currently playing the Wetlands map at 5 fps.
Tried changing the graphics settings.

You'll be surprised, but changing the mode to Windowed Fullscreen helped me. Try it.

Biggest help for me was lowering the number of sound channels. Game ran fine after that.

This didn't help me.
After changing the mod to windowed it became better, but the load on the GP is still huge on maps with abyss and delirium.

I have very bad performance in Abyss/ritual and anything ground fire related.

Game runs smooth at 120 fps everything on max 1080p, as soon as i see an abyss it tanks to 50 with dynamic resolution on. Same goes for fire related stuff.
The scorched fields map is almost unplayable.

Just walking over to a ritual altar my fps drops from 120 to 60, no monsters nothing. Just the bloody altar.

I doubt they will ever fix it since poe1 still runs like a potato after all these years.

Game runs like utter dookie.

I've tried all variations of in game settings as well as windows settings, such as advanced gpu scheduling and what not. Nothing has made any different.

I would prefer to play on ultra low graphics settings, but stable.
Why didn't the developers add such an option?
No shadows, no lighting, low textures, reduced effects.
