Sealed Vault map didn't spawn vaults

Either take out the green items, or add back the vault rooms...

I think you can only access the ancient treasure vaults once each on chauchic vault. So if you have opened them before or with someone who has opened them, you will be denied access. You may only be able to access them via your endgame maps and waystones/idol.
