Consoles performance is HORRIBLE, GGG should be ashamed!

Any person that has an Ice build (regardless of the char) will be stuck with a "can't play this game" issue on Endgame maps... It's simply unbearable.
Even with all settings to minimum, the FPS drop to a non responsive experience. I know that we need to endure and accept this is Game preview but looking at the size of the thread and thinking about POE1 on Consoles experience, this is going to be an ongoing issue. We deserve better for the money we spend. |

Dear GGG, The game play performance on consoles are not getting better. Rubberbanding every single time i do a map.
You people launch this game under "early access" with the intention to get players to purchase your supporter packs to play. Fine, we support so now where is our support. How many players here actually felt cheated to pay for this crap huh ? We paid for something that is not functioning properly and its been going on for months. How many months do you need to fix this issue. I got lots of video showing how shit the game play performance is. I think most players have given up on the visuals by going with the lowest game settings, but even so the end game content mapping is still unbearable to play. Patch after patch, updates after updates yet the performance issue can never be fix. I even connected with Playstation support to see if there is anyway to troubleshoot this. After following their support instructions to go through a "system reset to clear cache and reorg", game is still lag AF. Ultimately their support said to contact you(the developer) for fixing this but it seems like you can't resolve this either. Such a disgrace GGG, i hope you enjoy the money you made from your console supporters while we actually bought your product that is not working as expected. In other words, this is upright cheating. I have had to drop multiple builds and whole characters because the game just can't handle it on console. Wanted to do a attack speed molten blast spin-to-win build but my fps goes down to below 20 when more than 20 projectiles are on screen, and that's not even mentioning getting anywhere NEAR abyss fissures

Below are the classes i played this league and they are all unplayable Hollow palm tempest flurry ritualist and molten blast ritualist - unplayable due to lag especially molten blast and class is also too paper to endure lag Twister amazon - same as above Slunder titan - as video. Being melee doesnt help especially skills are cranky and does not cover around me or far enough Explosive shot tactican - yep. The lag exploded. Only class that i am able to play is cast on crit frostbolt bloodmage as its tankier and the skills covers more AOE. I just have to spam my frostbolts harder and pray i live. It is really becoming unbearable for me and I do not see a sense of urgency from GGG to fix this f-ing issue. Perhaps GGG can consider refunding money to console players that can no longer tolerate the performance ? We paid for a working product not this. Performance on PS5 is really horrible. I'm playing a Fissure Warrior and the framerate sucks, even during the campaign.
Porting to Town takes ages. In town, quitting your inventory screen takes ages until you see your char again. This needs to be adressed asap!! Before adding new stuff! |
