This is not fixing the character breaking bug of spectres, why is that not the first fix?

Don't you mean fix Frozen Mandible so its usable again? I thought you guys were only supposed to remove its frost bomb ability not completely destroy what makes it good. You guys literally only removed the haste aura from the fleshpierce and nothing else. Why did Frozen Mandible get nerfed beyond the frost bomb? You guys are doing a great job and trying to push everyone into Deadeye LA.

Wow, is this what you guys said you wouldn't nerf in the middle of this league or what you said was all lies? Even Abyss 10 holes had frame dropping issues and they didn't fix it, you went back and nerfed the Specters build?
