0.4.0 started and tried dx12 client. still cogwheel loading happens :(

Same issue here. Every 30 minutes or so my client locks up and I get the loading cogwheels for a minute or two before the game re-renders. Really, quite annoying.
9800X3D, 4070TIS 16GB, 64GB 6400MHZ (2X32GB), 2TB M.2, 65fps ping, all current drivers. Why are the pumping out content when the game isn't playable? |

can confirm nothing was done on ggg's side to make dx12 usable in 0.4.
Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris.

Same for me. 9800x3d and 5090, getting cogwheels of doom every 5-6 maps on DX12.

Have this issue, 9800x3d and 5080. Has been worse since I arrived at maps.
