have it cost money to list the item .
15% the cost of the item ... gets you 5 days on the market.
Attach a timer to the item so people can see it expire.

More like, just buy a bot on a f2p account and snipe all the items for you build. 1x 15.00 Trade bot can get you 1000's of divines every league just buy low and sell at market rate. Bots are the reason why you can't have nice things in PoE. Nothing is done about them, or the rampant RMT. It comes down to, if you can't beat em, join em, or quit.

Trade is basically cheating anyway. If there some item you want just use currency exchange to make it yourself.
