Ritual Altars not spawning on some maps

Happened to me twice now no rituals in ritual map

Same for me, few times no altars when it's combo Abyss + Ritual.

Same here! I got the same problem so many times!

I've had it happen twice now. A sump map and a crypt map did not have any ritual alters spawn while all other content worked.

Map was slick with abyss, breach, expedition, ritual with instilled deli. Everything else worked besides ritual. |
