Game crashing on xbox

I can't play the game. I get to the character screen and it immediately closes out to my home screen.why is this happening and how do I fix it.

Are you able to select any of your characters or create a new one or does it crash before? | |

A friend of mine have the same issue, game works fine in the login screen (All menus, options, etc etc.) But as soon it shows the character names the background goes black and get kicked to the Xbox dashboard.
We tried reseting the xbox, internet, tried to create a character as quickly as possible but nothing worked. Its in a Xbox Series X i dont know if i can post a video but i have one Last edited by vicktorlive#7958 on Aug 31, 2025, 10:56:11 PM

No I can't select or create a character, I just goes black and back to the home screen.

It has been 24 hours and it has only happened to one other perso.darn my luck. I just want to play the game.

Hi,
Your game client may have been corrupted. Can you try uninstalling then reinstalling the game and see if that helps? | |
