Semi-permanent drop from 60 to 30 FPS - Asking for help.

Hey everyone!
I'm very thankful for all the advices so far.

I've been testing my game with MSI Afterburner - during the FPS drops and after them my temps, fan speed, memory, just everything were the same as before drop.
So this one I can exclude.

Tried the "empty chat" method but without success.
Now it's time to test the driver downgrade to the version 576.88
I tried sprinting, too, but sadly - didn't solved my issue :)

Will update this topic after restart, so I can check the game for longer period of time.
