DEFY and DEFY II support not working?

DEFY II should allow usage of skills while you are surronded but it don`t work. Also Lucky damage isn`t show in tooltip but not sure tolltip work with it so not sure if this part work.

Same here - this is clearly a bug.
I won't be using this gem since can't be sure the lucky damage part is not a bug as well. |
