Charge Profusion II Bug!

The support gem Charge Profusion II Doesn't work.
It never grands the 15% of Getting an Additional Random Charge.

Can you please check ? I run it for 5 hours I dont think I miss the 15% chance that much

just tested with profane ritual and it does give extra charges (at least with this skill)

So it doesn't work with Combat Frenzy.
Yes it the same gem just a level higher should be working?

my setup:


1. Lvl 13 Combat Frenzy
2. Single support - Charge Profusion II
3. Combat Frenzy generates charges from electrocution

observed:

only frenzy charges being generated (dozens on a single location)

expected:

some other charges should appear

I'll even add that it doesn't work with Resonance either. I generate Power charges, using Resonance and Combat Frenzy, and sometimes get 2 Power charges as intended, but it never generates charges of any other types.

Same here.
Using that gem since league start, never seen any single power or endurance charge yet.
I use it on Combat Frenzy setup.

Charge profusion II "Supported Skills have 15% chance to grant an additional random Charge" seems to not be working.

It doesn't generate any power/endurance charges (and probably no frenzy charges either)

I am using charge profusion with combat frenzy, and I am only receiving frenzy charges. Please fix this on the next patch! I need this to work or my build is not going to function as planned.
