[PoE2] Currency Exchange - old orders

I was not able to migrate anything to the older league (from the character select screen), but the tip to log into my old character, and then go through the portal in act3 to get to act4 worked - took 3 mins. Thanks!

if you deleted your character contact help through their email. They will give you a code and if you ask they are able to undelete your character. Just had to go through all these steps but got my character back, was able to move to act 4 and there I could access the exchange to delete the old trades. Hope that helps!

What if you listed in hardcore on the old league and character died? I have zero characters in HC hat can go to act 4 to remove the items.
Is the only solution is to level a darn toon all the way to act 4, on HC standard league?
Hope there is another option or GGG be kind enough to remove them via a ticket or something.

GGG pls fix this, i have the same issue and cant use currency exchange in a new league. All 10 of my orders are completed in hardcore standard, and i cant delete them or claim them because i dont have any characters on hardcore standard alive anymore at act 3 or 4, i dont want to play 4 acts again in an old league to be able to use curency exchange again/ I dont care about those orders anymore, u can delete them, just let me use currency exchange in a new league pls.

This also fixed it for me - console PS5 - in case anyone was curious. I never did see the migration option on the character screen - I am not certain if that is a PC menu item only - but logging into my standard character and progressing to Act IV took care of this issue. Nice to have a full currency exchange page again to speculate and trade on market prices.

nice gg if u have orders on hc and died u cant use currency exchange in new league all 10 slots are filled and u need to lvl in normal hc for days just to remove the orders thats not right! fox this

The Fix for me was mentioned above. Log into your Character that the orders are on in currency exchange on. Go to Act 3 Go into the Portal and talk to Doryani to progress to Act 4. Go into the Town and talk to Ange to get Currency exchange access then cancel your orders.
