Elemental Sundering and Ice Armour

Adding on to the thread because it's yet another creative build idea that I'm forced to shelf because of an interaction straight up not working as written.
Please fix it for 0.5 along with wolves+grim feast, caltrops on whirlwinds, iron ward, compounding ignites on infernalist, and numerous others repeated on these forums for 2 or 3 entire leagues and counting
