Unplayable Latency spikes - Bell Canada

Unplayable Latency spikes with Bell Canada, I think its a routing issue not sure though, Latency will spike from the hundreds to tens of thousands or complete lock up. In game I can spam create new zones or in poe2 spawn on checkpoint and eventually ill connect to a normal 30-40 ping server and be able to play normally. however I cant do that in some areas.

constant network spikes here as well. No matter what troubleshooting i do. im hard wired, and it has been like this since the little patch put out today.

Same here, was absolutely fine yesterday, and today its a nightmare.

Same issue here. Same provider, and am on the east coast. No issues yesterday but today it's been unplayable.

Same here,
Bell fibre user in Eastern canada early this morning was fine. But most of the day has just been unplayable latency. Lowest Ive seen is maybe 105 ms. Like another person said, when youre in zones you can sometimes find a playable instance if you keep making new ones, but its pretty frustrating outside that, for someone who just wants to enjoy the new content release. Ive tried everything I can think of, and nothing has made a difference. Like others have said, It was fine yesterday, but since those couple updates its been unplayable. Same problem in Sau Paulo BR servers, its unpleyable, the only thing that helps is generate instances until i get one stable...
