Act 4 Boss Diamora disappeared and i am stuck with no way out.

So i reached the boss, fight started and she just disappeared . Now i am in the boss room , can't tp anywhere, log off did not help. Please help, this is very frustrating experience. Bug report reference number 1.541.139.046.

Found respawn at the checkpoint option. It helped.

This has now happened to me two times in a row, and I'm about to uninstall the game.

I have found out what was causing it for me - it was the artillery ballista. not sure if it was the PIN mechanic or not, but the issue was repeatable by casting artillery ballista - she would jump off the edge to do her flying attack and would just never come back. Once i stopped using artillery ballista at all - it never happened again.

It has nothing in common with your ballista, i was playing stormweaver and had the same bug happened. Its just a buggy mechanic when she flies, has to be fixed.
Respawn at checkpoint helps, but you have to start over. PoE nowadays looks more and more like a fan-made fork server with tons of custom weird experimental stuff rather than original game with carefully thought out balance brough live to players. same issue here but respawning at checkpoint doesnt work either

Twice now, just have to wait 15 minutes for the instance to reset. Tried switching chars and rebooting the game.... just have to wait.

I didn't even get to do any damage to the boss, very beginning of fight, she jumps in the hole and never comes back...

same for me, diamora disappeard after her minions phase, completly stuck :(
