Firestorm cannot ignite

Bumping cause very sad boy that wants to do firestorms but its oof feeling.

Just encountered this one after putting a whole build together at lvl 95. It does not ignite nor inflict shock/chill.

Would be nice to get this fixed, as it's a signature skill even showcased in 0.3 patch announcement video.

Please fix this — it’s critical.
This is the only spell that uses three remnants, making it essential for all elemental builds aiming for Arcane Remnants or Vigorous Remnants. Without it functioning properly, survival is nearly impossible (for this skill tree investment).

The bug also breaks Cast on Ailment, since players heavily invest in obtaining all three remnants, only to find that enemies are not afflicted with fire, ice, and lightning as intended.

How long do you need to fix it?
I need to switch to another game in the meantime (I don't wanna play other games).

Fix this please! How can "fire"storm not ignite?
