Twitch drops for portal not working.
I've bought 2 subs in diff channels for me, but it also counted as 1. I've opened a ticket on twitch support aswell

I got a reply from GGG support saying you need to go through twitch. GGG can't help with this so just open a ticket with twitch support

I think Twich fucked up for the first hours, because the first sub you bought only counted towards the chaos orb emote only, which means you needed to buy 3 subs in total for the portal.
I think it's fixed now, but I'm not sure. |

I received a reply back this morning from Twitch support and part of it is below.
'I understand that you’re concerned about your sub Drops. To remedy this, I have gone ahead and I manually activated the reward for you, so please make sure to check your notifications and your inventory on Twitch to claim your reward in time.' I checked and it was sitting their waiting for me to claim it. All done for me, hope you all get it too. |

I can confirm twitch support helped me as well and I see the portal on my account now

They finally unlocked the portal for me after claiming I have not yet fulfilled all the requirements for the campaign.
Keep in mind, nowhere does it say that it has to be 2 gifted OR 2 bought subs. I gifted one (1) and bought one (1) for myself. On GGG post it clearly states, and I quote, "purchase a cumulative of two subscriptions of any tier to earn the Storm of Valako Portal (Prime Subs are excluded)." After asking for clarification as to why I was not eligible, they just activated the reward with no clear answer. For future subscriber goals, I hope GGG will clarify what exactly counts towards them. |

I gifted 2 subs - got the item claimed - but it's not showing in-game at all.
So that's a bugged aspect as well, I guess.. ![]() |
