Twitch drops for portal not working.

How do we fix this?

I gifted 2 subs on one transaction but only got credit for 1 gifted. I opened a ticket with twitch lets see what happens.

Same problem here. Gifted 2 subs (with one transaction), but only counted as 1 towards the portal...

I bought one for myself and gifted one sub. Also counted as one.

Same. I've bought two gift subs, and it have counted only as one. I've opened support ticket on twitch

I paid for a sub and gifted a sub. Did not get portal

I have exactly the same issue and sent an email to Twitch Support. Looks like they set it up incorrectly.

What I think is happening is that the first gift was for unlocking the Twitch badge. And only THEN it started counting towards the portal reward, which is why it is showing only 1 gifted for the portal reward.
It's still wrong of course, as this is not what is stated on the website, so it still needs to be fixed, but that's what I suspect is going on. |

Yeah, people in Twitch chats say that one subscription went to the orb, and the second goes to 1/2 of the portal. So in total, three subscriptions are needed at the moment. I don't know if this will be fixed too.
