You guys seriously need to chill a bit.
I have the same issue, and ofc it sucks when your sitting there hyped and ready to go.
But its a big launch and its EA and they made it very clear that this is going to be a stress test for their servers.
So just be patient and give it time. We'll all be able to play eventually.
The doomers going "I paid for that!' I want a refund" are just laughable l. Lmfao.

Also, I'm surprised they haven't done stress test yet with PoE 1, PoE 2 0.1 and 0.2. Really surprising.

it shoudl save the progress at fail, im getting real slow progress at like 2-3gb each error but its getting there

Oof.
Honestly, at this point I'd suggest you download via Steam. It might not download in time for release, but at least you'd get to play today. There are no guarantees that the standalone client will work at all today.

Not sure if I'm lucky or is it a FIX.
I did restart PC and run POE2 client in Admin mode, went full download after that on maximum speed

I'm in. 100% DOWNLOADED
It says 25 mins before launch. I will have my lunch first.
It says that I'm on 13,329th on queue to login! Perfect
If each one logs in millisecond, I will be in game in a minute.
If each one logs in second, I will be in game 222 minutes!!!!
