Any reson NOT to change your premium stashes to merchant?

I have like 20+ Premium stashes so is there any reason not to upgrade all of them to merchant stashes, or is there a reason why i maybe should leave couple normal premium stashes ?

I think gold is the limiting factor. From what I can gather, it takes gold to post an item.

I just read it does not cost anything to sell item, just to buy. But that really did not answer my question.

Well, you were asking for reasons. I gave one, which according to you was wrong.
Okay. The only other reason I can imagine is a lack of real $$$ to upgrade. I poop, therefore I am.

Maybe leave one for high ticket items so you don't sell that 200 div item for 10c by accident/ignorance.

The main reason would be that any tabs you convert wouldn't be available in PoE until they backport the system. If you have 4 tabs in PoE and you convert all to PoE2, none of those will be available in PoE until they move the system over. Sucks and I think something that many missed when they said it in the video.

Ya I mean PoE is still in a better state overall and if something happens, delay wise, with PoE2 it would be nice to have the option.

If async trading becomes the dominant form of trading, then there probably is little reason not to upgrade all the tabs you use for trading to it.
But there's 0 reason to upgrade them all on Day 1 Minute 1 when you're still level 1 and have a total of 3 items. Upgrade them to merch tabs as you actually have the items to fill them / sell through them. That way if it turns out there's a bug/glitch/issue with async trading on day 1 (not completely implausible) you're not stuck with 0 stash tabs to use for old-school trading while they sort it out. |
