Yeah, I think we agree as a fact that: If you are just playing wathever strat and have some gold to spare, go with shipment. Hands down.

Mappers do require attention. Although, at Seetlers I was able to play 1 hour or 2 and have enough gold and maps (8 mods dely ones) for more than a day. Then I just logged in time to time to loot and or fight "a kidnapper". But by doing it consistently, I would say It is more profitable then shippments. But Again, do require a lot of more effort.

I pitty the fool that hasn't figured out by now that dust waters down shipments by a lot. You might get mirror shards even with a lot of dust sure, but the average is 1,x vs 0,x per 50 mio with a lot of dust vs a reasonable small amount of dust. Buying t0 uniques is a fool's errand.

There might be some small profit in there somewhere, sure BUT big BUT, it is absolutely not worth it. 50 mio pure crops means you did literally nothing for your 50 mio shipment. Managing the rog disenchanter is a chore that is worth several mirror shards over a couple of days, if you skip that or use the dust for your recombinator needs that is a big W...

I self farm my dust and average 15-20m in dust per shipment.

Buying T0s early in the league is a terrible investment. Sure, they are alot cheaper, but so is everything else and there are way better investments.

Just to add: even if you drop t0 uniques instead buying them, you are still chosing dust them instead to sell. So, is still an investiment.

Therefore I do preffer pure crops.

Which does not mean that I dont make dust. When mapping I also pick all unique rings, amulets and belts to make dust of them. Its is not a lot, but is easy too manage in the inventory and stash tabs. They do take a lot to turn into dust (which actually means that you put them to dust and forget for that day) and cost a little gold. But is good to gather some dust with time....
