minion builds have needed fun an interesting controls for decades
Need a skill gem that has them go insane attack mode. If its on screen they attack it. If not they run to you. Add in a button for directed attacks for all minions and if you click it on yourself they form a tight circle around the player so you can bring them to safe zones.

all of this is not a problem if they would up minion movement speed and aggro radius. or give us the option to increase these values ourselves. then there would never be a reason to micromanage them at all, unless the player wants to.

right now, its a 'need' if you are not running cocaine ants.

cocaine ants should be exactly the baseline, for aggro radius, and movement speed.

and all of these issues go away. cocaine ants literally, are what everyone is using for a reason. regardless of how hard they do or dont hit.

What minion builds needs is convocation and minion dmg leeched as / life and es.
