Acidic Concoction and Snipe concerns

Well, GGG just changed alot.

Since the evasion formula is now different, but we can evade all hits it's safe to assume that we won't hit 20-30k evasion anymore.
That might be the nail in the coffin for the elemental damage reduction based on evasion sadly.

Otherwise it's a very powerful endgame change. I just wonder if evasion is now worse during early and mid game.

/edit: Maybe they only changed the formula, but the actual evasion rating stays the same.
