Patch 0.3 might end up being worse than than 0.2

I mean Endgame-wise, for a non-casual player. Campaign looks like it will be a very good time though.

-Towers(arguably the worst part of endgame) remain unchanged.
-Atlas passive tree is still bare bones.
-No controller-kbm hotswap in 2025. I do not think I have ever played a pc game that didn't have this. For a game like POE, it's a net negative to QoL.
-Some questionable nerfs in the patch notes.
-Map prepping appears to be even worse now. Just imagine the steps; finding the right mods, deli (one-by-one), abyss mod(one-by-one, with animations, potential failures/do-overs).
-Some new content requiring you to double down on playing bad maps.

I feel the excitement for new content too don't get me wrong, but I'm also thinking about the burnout. Chasing towers is very demoralising. It's a chore in every game that has this kind of mechanic and it's even worse in POE 2.

I’ll just play the campaign till I've had my fill and then go play something else tbh. I may or may not test the endgame to see if I'm wrong. Haven't decided yet.

turns out you were right 0.3 is a massive fail, we are losing people even faster than the most shit poe1 league

Holy necro.

0.3 has been the games best patch yet, by far.

Still have loads of gripes, some big ones but we are on the right track for sure.
From what i’ve seen, be it poe1 or poe2, its the same for the “Non-Casual Gamer”

Most of them will hype a week before patch, then when game is out play about 2 - 3 week, and after that either dissappear doing other things or just going to forum/make video saying nothing else to do yada yada yada….game is bad no end game i’m bored after steamrolling the contents :)

Not saying players should not do content fast, but its a repetative cycle of behaviour be it a good patch or its a bad patch, Non Casual Gamers likes doing things fast, no harm being that

Relax, dont take it seriously and game on, few good games out there to try if gamers think they are done with current ones

you don't understand. I _NEED_ to spend thousands of dollars on mtx and complain on the forums constantly.
