Can you please remove the Headhunter mod that teleports you around all over the place?

Or you can stop using those uniques unless you use a build that utilizes the full spectrum of monster mods. I bet flicker strike is extra nutty with the auto teleporting to help keep the attack chain going.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

in PoE 2 it's the pinnacle but plug. And there you can not get immortal the way you do in PoE 1 ...
I just pause the game by opening atlas tree/atlas/passive tree then unequip-equip headhunter to lose all the buffs. That's really the only way to deal with randomly stealing ambusher. And then I steal it again 5 seconds later because I'm farming harbingers. It sucks lol

Hopefully one day they actually make all HH buffs fun, its insane that a "buff" can actually be a negative effect in this game.
At this point, keeping it in the game is just trolling.

If you're designing game mechanics that infuriate people, it's my opinion that you're in the wrong line of work.
Just play flicker strike, you wont even notice when you get Ambusher.

LOL I would spontaneously combust if I played Flicker. My eyes can't handle that stuff, same with Ambusher.
I hate walking around and having some mob teleport me.
the interesting thing i see in these forums is there are people who hate the very notion of HH even existing and their schadenfreude makes them ever so happy to laugh at HH users for experiencing this "feature".

as for the issue itself, many including myself have given feedback to GGG.

nothing has been done. if GGG wanted to "fix" this feature. they would have done it a long time ago.

whatever reason they have, the fact it remains this way for literal years to me just tells me they dont mind players having an inferior experience.

which reminds me one reason why i no longer find enjoyment in the game. one way of putting it is, players needs ups and downs. give them down moments so their ups are more impactful. but in HH's case it just feels so unnecessary. once i obtained my mageblood. i abandoned HH like a dirty towel.
