Currency drops for solo nerfed?

"
I literally dont understand how people cant make currency in poe. You can literally make currency from flipping wisdom scrolls.

Hey op go learn heist, get a simplex amu and sell for a mirrur then GitGud. Veryyyyy simpleee.

How about you (and everyone else) that still talks about it being a "can't make currency" - issue take a reading comprehension lesson or go back to primary school? I have stated it twice (now thrice) that this isn't an issue of not making money. This is very strictly an observation on the lack of pure currency drops.

I know children these days have attention span of five seconds or less, but please pleaseeeee read and understand before commenting. Thanks.
But who cares about pure drops? Once you reach maps you are committed to 2-3 mechanics which make your money. What would you need pure drops for?

Let's apply your wording to it.

If you would have paid attention to any of the past four leagues you would have noticed that pure drops only come from reward tile mechanics or excessively juiced content anymore.

Are you playing with one of those setups?

The fact that you cant find more then one divine in a fresh new league is laughable. You really are bad. You need to GitGud mr "private profile"

:D

Still sane exile?
First of all, PoE is a game built around trade, so "pure currency drops" aren't needed - you can always earn currency through trade. That said, there are juicing strats available that boost raw currency drops in "more currency" maps.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
Going to throw in a sensible reply since your getting shit takes.

This is all anecdotal of course. I had been practicing league starts a few months prior to SotA and had been putting time into poe2. The difference in drops between poe1 and poe2 was stark, and i think poe2 had some drop changes because of the disparity. In the end i think someone at GGG mentioned it being how drops are converted to gold.

Going into this league i was a little concerned because the gold was being increased and settlers going core, it was looking like the same problem would pop up. Prior to 3.26 doing 2 stone practice in settlers it was common to see multiple divines on the push in maps, raw drops from non super juiced maps.

On the push to 2 stone once 3.26 dropped i saw 1 total raw divine and on my 2nd character i have not had 1 raw divine drop. Might be variance but the raw ground drops in general seem lackluster this league.

I have a feeling though that the gold conversion isn't working correctly and we are losing raw currency in a similar vane to what we saw in poe2.

I have played past four leagues. I have also played largely the same Atlas trees, and this is the first league where I've had noticeably less currency drops in comparison to previous leagues.

Whatever point you're trying to make is moot.

Well, if they've stealth nerfed currency drops, you should care now rather than in the future when GGG announces they're fixing league mechanics that are dropping too much currency in comparison to base drop rates. If you don't, you lose all right to complain when they "equalize" drop rates across the board.

If this is variance, then I guess we're the unlucky ones stuck in the outlier pool. I can't comment on other currency drops because mercs supplied plenty of those; compared to most other leagues, I was more well-off on trash currency early on.

Although... I did say early league that I had <5 alc drops between acts 1-4.

I've now had two div drops, so the joke's on you.
Tough life, it's not like you can just farm Kirac missions or anything, where you won't have to rely on a single pure drop and you just print currency deterministically by buying scouting reports from Faustus.

If you want divines and valdos to drop all the time get rdy for juiced t17s otherwise do some of the countless currency generating methods where you farm and sell stuff to the crafter dudes...or people that want to gamble or whatever...
