Make Uniques Great Again. (idea)

Disappointed aswell in the new "chase uniques".
Nobody gives a f about all the new weapons.
Tried to make builds with the whispering ice staff but the damage skill is just awful. Maybe you can use it to apply debuffs on 2nd weapon set but it can`t replace a good wand damage wise as a main weapon.
So yea, very uninteresting.
I would prefer to make it much less common but really strong instead having another 1 ex unique that nobody ever uses.
again.. "chase unique"!
