Some players have recently reported that they're receiving phishing emails impersonating our Support team members. We would like to remind everyone to carefully check that the email address you are receiving emails from is support@grindinggear.com before replying, and to never click on any suspicious links without checking the link's location (such as previewing the URL it's directing to or searching the link location through Google).

If possible, our Support team will usually suggest using the verification process located on the Contact Support page of the website, which should be available as long as you have access to your account in game. They will only do more thorough verifications if this is not available to you.

If this is not available to you and you require a more detailed verification via email, you are welcome to send a fresh email to support@grindinggear.com to check that they are the ones you are in contact with. While they will continue the verification process via your main email chain, they should be able to confirm if they are the ones answering your main email chain.
