Australian Servers dying again

Prime time gaming on Australian servers is the worst. Every couple of nights the ping goes to a solid 50ms with spikes into the hundreds (normally 4ms with no spikes). Is this going to be fixed at some point in the near (or even not near) future or is Australia infrastructure just that bad?

Affected time usually around 7pm til late - it's currently 10.15pm and still experiencing this issue.

Also for troubleshooting - I've talked to other people on the australian server who experience the issues simultaneously and have also done traceroutes which find the delay is at the server end.

Fixed around 10.30pm. Will continue to track further instances here.

Lag started again right about now, maybe a bit earlier.

10.22pm I experienced a disconnect just as the servers started to feel stable again. Lost my map due to this.
10.27pm immense lag upon attempting any operation. Others reporting it in global chat as well. Attempting to start a map receives the message, "Activation failed. Unable to open portals to area."
10.38pm another dc while standing in hideout.
10.47pm dc in hideout.

I have done a traceroute roughly 9.45pm tonight to my hideout IP which showed ~4ms until it hits 50ms at a global secure layer.

Fishing info out of global chat channels in game, so take this with a grain of salt:
Another user reporting 200ms
Another user reporting only 11ms
Another user reporting 12ms with jumps over 100ms
Another user reporting 50ms to 100+ms, reports the same timeline as my initial post on multiple days.
Another user reporting 11ms with jumps to 80ms
Another user reporting their map being reset while outside of it within 2 mins of exiting (idk if this is related but it happened!)

I keep getting DCed and losing all my loot, my map, my portals, my scarabs, kinda annoying tbh. On Aus realm Time: 22:01

Also experiencing high latency on Australian servers right now. Mirrors going begging.

yer aussie server taking a dive, NZ server the same, DC from server, lose map etc.
this is getting old, problem with servers and still no fix.

Experiencing the same - Australian Server, disconnecting after approx 2-5mins, losing map, loot and xp each time. First time I've experienced this though, been pretty stable until now. I give up, try again tomorrow I suppose...

Can't join game, "Error: Failed to join any instances."
But I can log into other servers like Singapore.

Similar to the above, i lost access to a unique map when i got dc'd from it then on another map i dc'd in the hideout and lost the map and all the loot

I lost many Chaos Orbs, a unique Pear Ring and many maps! tonight. Will GGG’s remunerate them?
